Tamara’s Self-harm Story

Tamara’s Self-harm Story

Tamara talks about her moods, self-harm, recovery and healing and how she has grown into healthier coping mechanisms.

‘I usually know when I’m feeling really good mentally because it looks like me being very productive me getting lots of housework done and making a conscious effort to go out on socialise with my friends and be emerged in nature and are surroundings and just getting outdoors and it also boils down to me looking after myself physically as well. So if I’m having a good day and I get off and I’m looking after myself and my body that she usually an indicator to me that I’m gonna have a good day. The only way I can describe. What it feels like to live in my brain every single day. Is to use the word chaotic.
