Jay’s Story

Jay’s Story

Barrow born and bred. Jay talks about dealing with people in his life committing suicide and having drug overdoses. Talks about how he’s dealt with the loss of key people in his life at a young age.

Things that did help were not overthinking, exercising regularly, thinking positively, being sectioned and excessive amount of medication and therapy at the time. Admit you need help, we are all struggling and no matter how strong you think you are, no one can do it alone.
